What it's being built to do

Locked down by default
Every job is private and password protected. You choose who sees what, down to the folder.
Missing-doc flags
Set a checklist per jurisdiction or per job, and BldrFiles points out what's not there yet: permit application, truss layout, energy calcs, soils report.
Share links that expire
Send the framer just the framing set, the inspector just the permit packet, the client just the selections. Optional password, and the link turns itself off when you say.
Site photos that file themselves
Photos from the field land in the right job and get grouped by stage, so the footing pour and the pre-drywall walk are easy to find later.
